Text: Revelation 4:3 "And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne."
The Radiance and Majesty of God's Throne
The Apostle John, who received the visions recorded in the Book of Revelation, describes an awe-inspiring scene in Revelation 4:3. The image of God's throne is depicted with the brilliance of precious stones, jasper and ruby, and surrounded by a rainbow resembling an emerald. The Significance of Jasper and Ruby
